Dont judge a book by the cover is the main idea here. We went in as a odd curiosity to see what an Irish named Chinese restaurant would offer. It is not Irish at all, but an Americanized version of the owners name, very loosely translated from Chinese to English.
The food is great. We have been back several times and the owner and staff are warm and friendly. The jewel here are the dumplings. Specifically, the Pork Xiao Long Bao...and Pork Wontons in spicy sauce (not too spicy). But everything has been delicious.
Try it out! -

Continue to frequent this restaurant. Still the best Chinese in the area. Favorites worth trying:
Cashew Chicken
House lo mein (I prefer it with the fried crispy noodles)
Spicy Green Beans
Any flavor of the fried rice
The owner is incredibly sweet and always seems genuinely happy to see you.
If I had any suggestions I would request that the restaurant remember to ask if soy sauce is needed on all delivery and To Go orders. Always disappointing to get my food home and find it's missing. -

Best Chinese Food in Orange County.
We drive a great distance to come and see our family friend. Sue May is a wonderful lady and her food is just like heart heart soothing to the soul.

Had the best Honey walnut shrimp tonight. Also the Onion pancake is a must try. Simple, but a tasty appetizer

I'm not sure why there are only 3 stars for this restaurant because the food is really good! I think it's a more traditional Chinese Restaurant with a strange name, but genuine Chinese food. The Owner is very sweet and recommends different items from the menu to try. Some of it I've never heard of because I've never been to China, but I'm willing to try everything twice! The service was a little slower, but the food is worth the wait. Loved their version of wonton soup, best in town. My son had their chicken wings and he loved them, ate them all and didn't share. We also ordered a couple of typical American-Chinese items like Kung Pao Chicken, shrimp fried rice and mixed chow mein. All were served extra hot and delicious. Thank you Sue Mei! (I hope I spelled your name correctly, if not, I can fix it!)
